Acqua, non sempre benedetta

Piemonte e Liguria sembra vogliano contendersi il primato della "sfiga da alluvione". Questa volta è toccato al Piemonte orientale, qualche giorno di pioggia concentrato sul bacino idrografico del Sesia e si sono contati morti e milioni di euro di danni.
