La Nikon e il fotografo di guerra

C'è sempre stata una correlazione tra la Nippon Kogaku KK (Nikon) e la guerra. Dapprima come fornitore di ottiche per la marina imperiale giapponese (binocoli e telemetri ottici per la direzione del tiro) , poi col sistema reflex cheservì moltissimi reporter di guerra,chi non ricorda ad esempio il grande Dennis Hopper in Apocalypse Now dove interpreta un fotoreporter un po' matto con addosso 3 Nikon F e relative ottiche?
