Settimana Santa, a Castelsardo il Lunissanti della pietas

A Castelsardo un rito diverso, generato dalla pietà popolare e che affonda le sue radici negli anni della dominazione aragonese. La processione del Lunissanti è la prima della Settimana Santa, si svolge il lunedì successivo alla Domenica delle Palme e dura un giorno intero. La pietà popolare esalta il carattere della manifestazione attingendo dalle proprie tradizioni e dalla propria cultura della fede evitando i dettami della liturgia e persino la presenza di un prete che la guidi.
